Who can request an inspection report?

From the manufacturer down to the homeowner all parties associated with a flooring installation can commission a site inspection and report. 

 

Flooring distributors, dealers, installation contractors and general contractors with an interest in a flooring concern can request a report. 

 

How are flooring inspections done?

Problems or concerns that are submitted for inspection are classified by related to industry guidelines and/or manufacturer installation instructions. 

 

Readings are taken with meters and other measurements collected regarding the concern to be inspected.  This information includes relative humidity and temperature of the environment, moisture content of the flooring installed and among other records. 

 

What are the standards used to produce an inspection report?

Industry guidelines have been established to set out the structure and scope of our inspection reports.  Our reports are built without personal bias  or subjective opinion.
